Parmesan Chicken Strips

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch wide strips
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
¾ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine egg and milk in a small mixing bowl. In a larger bowl, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan.

Dredge the chicken in the egg and milk mixture and then coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture. Place in a glass baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.

Good sides or starters: Iceberg and tomato salad with blue cheese dressing and a box of rice pilaf.
